The Bike Demo At The British Biking Series Brings In Giant Mountain Bikes
The British Mountain Bike Series is the UK’s largest biking event with 5 venues across the country hosting races, endurance challenges and biking demonstrations. The event is family friendly where everyone gets to view some of the country’s best mountain bike riders. And for the first time ever, 2010 will see some of the country’s biggest bike makers attend the new demo events which showcase the best bikes around. Giant Mountain Bikes are one of those manufacturers who will be attending the demos along with others like trek and Specialised where riders will be able to test-ride the latest mountain bike models.
And people from across the country will be able to attend one of the events as there are 5 venues in total. The venues include Nottinghamshire, Plymouth, Yorkshire, South Wales and London. And whether you want to take the family biking, learn new tricks or get some technical information, Giant Mountain Bikes Managing Director Ian Beasant promises that you can get all this and more at the demos.
The organisers of the British Series want 2010 to be their most successful year with all the activities that are taking place including the new demos. Cross country challenges, under-12s races and endurance tasks all help to make this event one not-to-miss. The BMBS saw over 4000 riders attend the event in 2009 so they hope that with these new features 2010 will bring even more attendees to the different venues.
It’s not just a biking event that you get to experience when you attend the British Series, in fact it offers a good chance for a nice weekend away. At some of the venues you can Go-Ape, visit a deer park, adventure playgrounds, castles and forests. You might just do something you never knew existed in the UK.
